Vainglory fans are excited for the upcoming updates that will change the MOBA’s very foundation. It will transform from a classic 3V3 into a new world built with a 5V5 basis. We want to give you a brief summary of what the upcoming updates hold as described in Vainglory’s Blueprint. Starting with Update 2.12 which is expected to be released between January 29th & 31st, Golden Ticket holders will be able to get early access to the 5V5 Update. According to Super Evil Megacorp, you will also get an exclusive Limited Edition Golden Netherknight Lance (Epic) skin.
In addition, Update 2.12 will be visually revamped with new features that will improve user interface as well as include iPhone X optimization. For those who are already at Level 30 & wish to go beyond, with this upcoming update you will be able to get 10 more account levels for you to grind for. Moreover, there will be a new Skin-Crafting System which is much easier to use than the previous system. You will be able to find skin blueprints by completing quests. Also, the majority of skins will experience price decrease with the new update.
As for the much anticipated Update 3.0 which is expected to be released in Mid-February, there will be amazing features that will blow your mind. The most important feature is the introduction of the 5V5 Mode which will change the way the game is played. The new mode introduces a new map called Sovereign’s Rise which was designed specifically for the 5V5 experience.
As we have previously discussed, the game will feature Fog of War which limits player’s vision radius to add a more in-depth atmosphere. The new map will have two new dragons, BlackClaw & GhostWing, which are more powerful than the Kraken. Click here to read more about Update 3.0.
