If you have played Super Smash Bros. before then Brawlhalla will be quite familiar to you. That is not to say that Brawlhalla is not unique in its own way, it is. Brawlhalla is a free 2D fighting game that was developed by Blue Mammoth Games and published by Ubisoft. It was first released in 2017 for PC and PS4, arrived a year later to Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, and finally coming to iOS and Android on August 6th.
This is great news because Brawlhalla has a huge esports following and the mobile esports industry can benefit from such a successful game. As of now, the game features 50 playable characters that are referred to as Legends. There are plenty of crossover skins from popular franchises too.
In Brawlhalla, your objective is to knock your opponent off the stage, doing so will prove difficult when you play against professionals. You will have to damage your opponent as much as possible in order to keep pushing them beyond the edge. The winner is decided if he or her is the last one standing or is the one with the most points. You can now see why we compared it to Super Smash Bros. when it comes to gameplay mechanics.
The game also supports local and online play with several modes available to players such as Free For All, 1v1 Strikeout, Experimental 1v1, and other modes that the developers add on a weekly basis. Brawlhalla also features a custom game mode for hosting matches and it can support up to 8 players per match. Needless to say, it delivers a very fun experience for gamers.
The mobile version of the game allows you to customize your controls and the amount of options that you can optimize are abundant. It allows players to be unique in how they use their controls to utilize their characters.
Finally, the game has over 40 million players so expect this upcoming title to gain massive attraction upon release. We are certainly keeping an eye out for it. Be sure to stay tuned with our website for the latest news on Brawlhalla. You can watch the announcement trailer below.
