Call of Duty: Mobile – Launching On October 1st

We have all been waiting for this, the release date of Call of Duty Mobile. Finally, Activision has announced that the mobile first person shooter will launch on October 1st of this year. This is quite exciting because the Call of Duty franchise is loved among esports gamers and this opens new opportunities for the mobile esports industry.

The game will be available for iOS and Android as a free-to-play title. It will feature content from the Modern Warfare and Black Ops series. Players will be able to customise their control scheme while having access to countless modes such as Team Deathmatch, Free For All, Domination, Search & Destroy, Frontline and more.

Not only will you be able to play in a Battle Royale Mode but also a Zombie Mode. Players will compete on a massive map in Solo, Duo, or Quad competitions. Weaponry and vehicles will be available such as helicopters, ATV, and a tactical raft. The Battle Royale feels very much like PUBG Mobile, only with a Call of Duty twist.
